QUIZZER SCORE
The points of the “Quizzer Score” are the sum of:
- Points earned by completing “Hotcase” and “Quiz” activities on Radeos
- And bonus points earned through the challenges
Challenges are objectives you can complete to earn bonus points. For the quizzer score, challenges are grouped into three categories: the “Super-Quizzer Challenge” and the “Performance Challenge”, based on your results in the Radeos quiz, and the “Hot-Quizzer Challenge”, based on your results in the Hotcases. The conditions for each challenge are detailed in your dashboard.
This is used to rank users based on their “Quizzer Score” achieved between January 1 and September 2, 2027 inclusive, and to award the “Best Quizzer Award” to whoever ranks first.
EDITOR SCORE
The points of the “Editor Score” are the sum of:
- Points awarded by the reviewer (= score/10) when a clinical imaging case is published on Radeos,
- points earned by editing a fact-sheet, with any modification deemed substantial by the reviewer earning 5 points,
- and bonus points earned by meeting the objectives of the “Collaborative Editor Challenge”.
The conditions and rewards related to the challenges are detailed your dashboard.
This is used to rank users based on their “Editor Score” achieved between January 1 and September 2, 2027 inclusive, and to award the “Best Editor Award” to whoever ranks first.
RADEOS AWARD WINNERS
To equalize the value of the “Quizzer Score” and the “Editor Score” in calculating the “Radeos Score”, the user's “Editor Score” is proportionally adjusted relative to the best “Quizzer Score” for the Radeos Award period.
For each user, an “Adjusted Editor Score” is calculated using the formula:
- “Adjusted Editor Score” for the user = user's “Editor Score” * Best “Quizzer Score” among all users / Best “Editor Score” among all users
- For each user, the “Radeos Score” = “Quizzer Score” + “Adjusted Editor Score”
This is used to rank users based on their “Radeos Score” achieved between January 1 and September 2, 2027 inclusive, and to award the “1st Radeos Award” to whoever ranks first.
Since the “1st Radeos Award” cannot be combined with the “Best Quizzer Award” and the “Best Editor Award”, the runner-up in the Quizzer Score ranking and/or the runner-up in the Editor Score ranking will, where applicable, win these awards.
