Definition
Rare fatty tumor arising from remnants of fetal brown fat
Clinical features
More frequent occurrence between 20-40 years of age, with a slight female predominance
Slow-growing swelling, generally painless
Occasionally, symptoms related to compression of adjacent structures
No metastasis or malignant transformation
