Definition
Rare congenital genetic disorder resulting in a painless permanent flexion of the proximal interphalangeal joint of the fifth finger, and sometimes other fingers.
Clinical features
Painless permanent flexion, often bilateral, non-traumatic and non-neurogenic, of the proximal interphalangeal joint
The fifth finger is always affected. Other fingers may be involved
