Definition
Relatively common coronary artery origin variant characterized by separate origins of the left anterior descending artery and the circumflex artery, both arising from the antero-left sinus via distinct ostia.
Clinical features
Usually asymptomatic and an incidental finding.
Vascular intervention
On coronary angiography, direct selective catheterization of the LAD or the circumflex artery.
