Definition
Occurrence of intraocular retinal and/or vitreous hemorrhage secondary to subarachnoid hemorrhage
Clinical features
Adult subarachnoid hemorrhage is accompanied by retinal hemorrhage in 20-40% of cases, and by intravitreal hemorrhage in 0.6-5% of cases.
Diagnosis: Fundoscopy
