Can be secondary to pneumonia, trauma, or aspiration.

Lesion with air or air-fluid lucency.
CT
Lesion of air or air-fluid density
Management
Percutaneous drainage in case of infection.
Differential diagnosis
Hematopneumatocele: air-fluid level present here.
