Multifocal form: multiple subcapsular renal nodules with absent or faint enhancement after contrast administration, simulating multiple lymphomatous nodules. Possible radial enhancement of the peripheral kidney thickening.
Diffuse form with loss of corticomedullary differentiation and lobulated nephromegaly.
Follow-up during chemotherapy: screen for the development of Wilms tumors.
