Definition
Benign nonfunctioning tumor lesion containing a component of mature fat cells and hematopoietic cells
Clinical features
Typically asymptomatic
CT
Generally negative-density tumor, typically between -80 and -100 HU.
Well-defined margins.
May be heterogeneous and septated.
Poor post-contrast enhancement
