Definition
Necrotizing vasculitis of small-caliber vessels with ANCA, combining vascular wall inflammation and peri- and extravascular granulomatosis
Clinical features
Multiple mononeuropathy +++.
Sinusitis.
Renal involvement
CT
Pulmonary involvement:
- Nodules, granulomas, cavitated necrotic masses
- Frequent involvement of the trachea and large bronchi.
- Possible tracheal or bronchial stenosis.
- Occasionally, ulcerations, pseudotumors.
