Definition

Cystic lesion of the choroid plexus, generally an incidental finding, more common at the two extremes of life

MRI

Typical location in the posterior horn of the lateral ventricles.
FLAIR signal higher than CSF.
Diffusion hyperintensity (proteinaceous content).
ADC values close to those of white matter
