Definition
Male breast carcinomas share the same histologic features as those in women.
Risk factors:
Klinefelter syndrome,
XXY karyotype,
liver disease: Cirrhosis, schistosomiasis, malnutrition,
history of chest radiotherapy,
testicular atrophy or hypogonadism,
family history.
Gynecomastia is not a risk factor
Differential diagnosis
Breast abscess,
Gynecomastia,
Epidermal cyst
